20-Minute Single-Bell Kettlebell Complex AMRAP (Rows, Cleans, Swings)
20 min20-minute AMRAP
Denser one-bell complex after the simple AMRAP: 20-minute AMRAP — rows, cleans, crush press, swings, around-the-worlds, reverse lunges, horn push-ups. Chase clean reps, not max rounds.
Who it's for: denser one-bell complex after the leaner 20-minute single-bell AMRAP. Seven stations, real AMRAP clock — still form over reckless round chase. Brand new? Use the beginner hub first.
Bell & time: one kettlebell for 20 minutes — bent-over rows 10, cleans 10, crush press 10, swings 10, around-the-worlds 10 each direction, reverse lunges 5/side, KB horn push-ups 10. Keep the same load when the kettlebell swing hinge and clean stay quiet. Go slightly lighter than your simple AMRAP bell if crush press or horn push-ups get noisy. Breathe between stations; do not yank for another round.
Done looks like: rows reach the hip, cleans rack without collapsing the torso, swings float to chest height without yanking, lunges stay upright, horn push-ups stay rigid. Form beats a higher round count. More timed one-bell work on 20-minute and single-bell.

FAQ
- Who is this 20-minute kettlebell complex AMRAP for?
- People who already ran the leaner 20-minute single-bell AMRAP (or can row, clean, swing, and lunge cleanly) and want a denser one-bell complex. Brand new? Start on the beginner hub before chasing a seven-station AMRAP clock.
- What kettlebell weight should I use for this complex AMRAP?
- One bell you can row and clean for 10 unbroken reps and swing for 10 with a quiet hinge. Most people stay on 12–16 kg; women often 8–12 kg; men often 12–16 kg. Go slightly lighter than your simple AMRAP bell if cleans, crush presses, or horn push-ups get noisy before the clock ends.
- How do I run this kettlebell complex AMRAP without form collapse?
- Set 20 minutes and cycle bent-over rows 10, cleans 10, crush press 10, swings 10, around-the-worlds 10 each direction, reverse lunges 5/side, KB horn push-ups 10. Breathe between stations; rest longer when the hinge, clean, or push-up gets noisy. Done = clean reps for the full window — not a higher round count. Stop a round early rather than yanking swings or collapsing lunges.
- What if my kettlebell swing form falls apart mid-complex?
- Cut swing volume or pause longer between stations. Film a side view and use the swing form page. Fix the hike and snap before denser work on the 20-minute or single-bell hubs.
- What should I do after this 20-minute complex AMRAP?
- Alternate with the leaner 20-minute single-bell AMRAP, or browse more timed one-bell sessions on the 20-minute and single-bell hubs. Keep three days a week with a rest day between. If the complex still feels noisy, step back to the beginner path — fundamentals and the beginner circuit stay useful warm-up sessions.
