How to do a kettlebell goblet squat. Hold the kettlebell at your chest and squat with an upright torso.
- 1.Hold the kettlebell by the horns, or cup the bell. Keep your elbows pointing down.
- 2.Knees track over the toes. Do not let them collapse inward.
- 3.Squat as deep as you can keep your torso upright and heels down.
- 4.Stand all the way up before the next rep.
